What I realised is that I had been searching for so long for the real medicine the medicine the manna that was going to heal me fully and give me what I had been seeking for so so long,
freedom in my body
freedom around food
freedom in my emotions
but even deeper than that
freedom to express me and really get to know who I am at the most sacred level of Living in this precious body
freedom to live my truest self!
THE MEDICINE has always been right in front of us
the whole time since forever,
THE POWER OF FOOD
when I found this out
when I realized this
when I truly awakened to the power of plant food to heal my body
all our bodies, from anything, literally, anything, the drum dropped, and I stopped banging my head against the wall and turned the other way,
I decided to do it differently
I decided to not follow the crowd
I decided to tune back into nature on a whole other level
and I surrendered to the real medicine
I surrendered my body to the plants
to heal my every alignment
emotional ups and downs
shed my layers of untruths
let go of stories constructs patterns beliefs around food the body detox
what was possible
how it should be
Who am I to say how it should be?!
that’s Gods work, the divine sacred force the benevolent energy will support you and keep you safe
as I lay my body on natures healing table
the land

I let the plants do their work
take the ego out
and let the body and the plants do their work
I stepped out of my own way
at last
Phew!
and the glory of god revealed himself through me as
divinity
truth
as the ultimate sacrifice to the lands
to let go
to trust
to awaken your innate state
Of radiant wellbeing
There is nothing more precious then the relationship you have with you
with your body
with your home
because this is the relationship you have with every other
it’s a transition through food to gently come home to the truth that is waiting for us all
is waiting for you

to dance with the grace of pure liberation through plant foods
so simple

The healing of all healing
The medicine that was put here for us all to use
to heal our pains emotions traumas fears cravings attachments addictions
The medicine that was put here to liberate us
to free us

that is nature
I now fully completely understand why nature was always my favourite place to hangout in as a young girl,
it was my medicine
just being surrounded by here healing energy
Mother Earth
she’s in every plant food and she feeds us the frequency of liberation to clean clear and heal our inner world
and here she heals us all
and we heal her
The power of plant food can heal anything!
