Just breaking a 24hr dry fast,
I don’t put living life on hold during my dry fasting, because you don’t need to,
it feels natural
I choose to make it a liberating experience

I gave this path up a long time again, it got me no where, what got me so far and to where I am now in my body,
is trusting my body,
is looking to nature,
is striping away the mistruths and misinformation
that just honestly never really resonated in my soul,
but I continued because of what I had been taught and read in books, feed by society and my childhood
To only find out it was all a lie,
the body can only and will only ever heal from simplicity, nature,
when given the right internal conditions
through cellular detox and regeneration
And exactly why I dry fast daily and always do a long dry fast weekly of 24-48hrs,
dry fasting is the real way to breakdown old cells and rebuild new ones,
to rebuild anything
we need to breakdown what is old
cells made by toxic foods habits emotions patterns need to be rid and reset, for health,
so from here we get to RE-set the entire body and this is how we can reverse aging and regenerate to a whole other level
